Mini Beasts

Our Mini Beasts show introduces children to the fascinating world of invertebrates. Participants will get up close and personal with a variety of small creatures, learning about their unique characteristics and importance in the ecosystem. This interactive session is designed to be both educational and fun, allowing children to handle and observe mini beasts while gaining a greater appreciation for these often-overlooked creatures.

Wriggle and Crawl

The Wriggle and Crawl show focuses on the amazing adaptations and behaviours of reptiles and amphibians. From slithering snakes to crawling lizards, this show provides an in-depth look at these intriguing animals. Children will learn about their habitats, diets, and survival strategies through hands-on interactions and engaging presentations. Rainforest

Our Rainforest show transports audiences to the lush, vibrant world of the rainforest. Habitats

The Habitats show explores the diverse environments where different animals live. From deserts to wetlands, participants will discover how animals have adapted to survive in various habitats. This show emphasises the importance of protecting natural habitats and encourages children to think about how they can contribute to conservation efforts. With hands-on interactions and engaging storytelling, the Habitats show is an educational adventure for all.

Beast Creator

“The world food crops are at risk! A new type of Aphid is set to destroy our food supply. Our mission is to design a bespoke animal to defeat the threat.”

In this session we take a look at all the different animals we interact with and see which adaptations we can take from each animal to create our own Beast to help in the fight against the Aphids. It might be the sting of a Scorpion, the legs of a Millipede, the eyes of a Gecko – it’s really up to you to create your own Beast!

Predators and Dinosaurs

Predators

Here we look at what makes a successful predator, studying each animal we interact with we can see what features and adaptations they have to make them top of the food chain.

Dinosaurs

Long gone but not forgotten – Dinosaurs ruled the Earth but still their legacy remains.
In these sessions we take a look at the animals that we interact with and see how many similarities they have with their long lost relatives. How the animals of long ago have changed and adapted to an ever changing world.
